Pageau Design was commissioned to design J&C Oyster, a restaurant that strikes the perfect balance between refinement and warmth. The concept draws inspiration from the ocean, fishing traditions, and classic New England style, interpreted through a contemporary lens. The design integrates wooden shingles, delicate fabrics, and a carefully curated palette of blues, golds, corals, and whites, all illuminated by soft, atmospheric lighting. The result is a serene yet sophisticated setting that celebrates both the sea and the culinary artistry of rising star chef Raheem Sealy. The atmosphere invites guests to savor exquisite seafood in an environment that feels both elegant and welcoming. Area: 2,800 sq. ft.
