Les Grands Ballets Canadiens relocated to their new tower in the heart of Montréal’s renowned Quartier des Spectacles. Pageau Design was invited to develop a restaurant concept for this new cultural landmark. Guests are welcomed by an entrance rising like a grand stage curtain—majestic and theatrical. Stepping behind, they discover a world where cuisine and performance merge: chefs replace dancers, and the kitchen becomes the stage. Every detail is an artistic celebration, paying tribute to the company’s DNA. The space is named LUDMILLA, honoring the visionary founder of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens. Area: 4,057 sq. ft.
